Book a live video call and we will walk you round the car in daylight, at your pace, pointing the camera wherever you ask. We will send the history file and any extra photos straight afterwards. If you would rather see it in person, that is arranged by appointment.
Reserve it
Happy so far? Reserve the car with a fully refundable deposit. It comes off the market while you decide, and if you change your mind you get the deposit back in full. No conditions, no admin fee.
Drive it
We deliver to your door and you look the car over properly before anything is signed. If it is not as described, it goes back on the transporter.

How we do things differently
Find it
Every car we take on is chosen the way we would choose one for ourselves. We check the history, the condition and the mileage before it reaches the forecourt, so the shortlist you are looking at has already been through ours.
View it
A video call often shows you more than a forecourt visit, because we go at your pace and you choose what we point the camera at. Ask about the service history, the tyres, the panel gaps, anything at all. We would rather answer it now than have you unhappy later.
Drive it
We deliver across the South East as standard and further afield by arrangement. The car arrives, you inspect it properly, and only then do you decide. Part exchange and finance are handled in house, so there is no back and forth once you are ready.

We will find the right car for you
Our forecourt is a snapshot of what has come through recently, not a limit on what we can supply. Tell us the make, the specification and the budget you have in mind and we will go and find it, whether that means a particular colour combination, a specific options pack, or simply a better example than the one you have been offered elsewhere. There is no charge for looking and no obligation once we come back to you. Most of our customers end up in something better than they had originally shortlisted.

Buying a car you have not yet stood next to takes a degree of trust, so we have taken out the parts that usually make it uncomfortable.
Deposits are fully refundable, with no conditions and no admin fee. There is no obligation to buy at any stage, including after the car has arrived and you have looked it over. If it is not what you expected, we take it back.
If you would rather see the car in person before going any further, just say and we will book you in.
