What we collect

When you complete an enquiry form on this website, we collect your name, email address, telephone number, the budget range you select, the type of enquiry you select, and anything you write in the message field.

When you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, we collect the contact details you use and the content of what you send us.

If you go on to buy a vehicle from us, part exchange a vehicle, or apply for finance through us, we will collect further information at that point, including your address, date of birth, driving licence details and information about your current vehicle. We will explain what we need and why at the time.

When you visit this website, our hosting and security providers automatically record technical information including your IP address, browser type, device type and the pages you visit.

How we use your information, and our lawful basis

We use your enquiry details to respond to you, to answer questions about a vehicle, to arrange a viewing or a video call, and to provide a part exchange valuation. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests, specifically responding to someone who has asked us to get in touch.

Where you have asked us to source a vehicle for you, we will keep your requirements on file and contact you when something suitable arrives. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests. You can ask us to stop at any time.

If you buy a vehicle from us, we use your information to complete the sale, to notify the DVLA of the change of keeper, to arrange delivery, and to meet our legal record keeping obligations. Our lawful basis is performance of a contract and compliance with a legal obligation.

We will only send you marketing if you have asked us to, or where you are an existing customer and the marketing relates to something similar to what you bought. Every marketing message will include an unsubscribe link.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only where it is necessary:

  • With our website host and IT providers, who process data on our behalf under contract

  • With delivery and transport providers, where a vehicle is being delivered to you
  • With our accountants, insurers and professional advisers where necessary
  • With law enforcement or regulators where we are legally required to do so

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for 24 months from your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Where you have bought a vehicle from us, we keep the sale records for six years from the end of the relevant financial year, in order to meet HMRC requirements and to handle any warranty or consumer rights claim.
